Bring your wine knowledge and personal approach to the dining experiences at Vietnam’s most iconic beach resort.

We are looking for three Sommeliers to work across the resort outlets. Working with the restaurant, beverage and culinary teams, you will guide guests through our wine selection, recommend pairings suited to their preferences and ensure every bottle is served with precision.

Your day to day

• Recommend wines based on each guest’s preferences, chosen dishes and occasion.
• Manage a wine list that complements the restaurant’s concept, cuisine and guests.
• Recommend new wines and regional selections where appropriate.
• Ensure wines are presented, decanted, poured and served at the correct temperature.
• Work with chefs and restaurant leaders to create wine pairings that complement each dish.
• Lead regular briefings and tastings to strengthen the team’s wine knowledge.
• Coach colleagues to make confident and personalised wine recommendations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure wines are stored and managed correctly.
• Control costs and identify opportunities to increase wine revenue while protecting product quality.
• Build lasting guest relationships through thoughtful recommendations and engaging wine stories.
• Anticipate guest preferences and respond with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
• Ensure every wine experience reflects the service standards of the resort and your assigned restaurant.

What we need from you

• Advanced wine knowledge with WSET Level 3 or Diploma, or an equivalent sommelier certification.
• Strong knowledge of Old World and New World wines.
• A refined palate and genuine passion for wine.
• Warm, clear and confident communication with guests from different cultural backgrounds.
• The ability to make wine approachable through engaging recommendations and stories.
• Close attention to detail in wine service, cellar management and inventory.
• Proven ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
