- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, restocking supplies as needed by the operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints professionally.
- Assist with side work such as rolling silverware and setting up the dining area
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the General Manager/Management
