• Report directly to the IT Manager.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the IT Manager.
• Oversee the daily operation of all IT systems and infrastructure within the resort.
• Manage and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi/Internet networks, servers, electronic door lock systems, telephone systems, TVs, and other IT-related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to meet operational and business requirements.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of all critical IT systems and minimize disruptions to resort operations.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage user accounts, system access rights, and application administration.
• Monitor server performance, system availability, and network connectivity.
• Perform daily backups of servers, applications, databases, and telephone billing systems.
• Maintain primary and backup data storage systems and execute recovery procedures when required.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of company data and information systems.
• Monitor and maintain application servers and business software to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and update the resort website as requested by management.
• Inspect and verify the functionality of all Wi-Fi access points on a daily basis.
• Monitor telephone and telecommunications systems and coordinate with service providers to resolve issues.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot resort applications and technology platforms.
• Maintain records of IT incidents, corrective actions, installations, maintenance activities, and system changes.
• Prepare reports on system performance, issues, and IT operations as required.
• Train and guide associates on the proper use of hardware, software, and IT systems.
• Provide technical advice to management and departments regarding IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate the planning, operation, maintenance, and resource allocation of telecommunications and IT infrastructure.
• Support strategic and tactical IT initiatives to improve business operations and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection standards, and information security requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: College or University degree in Information Technology (IT)
• Work experience: Preference given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Specialization: Information Technology, Network Administration
• Languages: Proficient in Vietnamese and English communication
• Computer skills: Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office)
• Other skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities
• Personal attributes: Honest and highly responsible in work
