Role Description The Expat Hospitality Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Đà Nẵng, focused on promoting Karma Club memberships and resort offerings to the expatriate community. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective members, presenting membership benefits, conducting property tours, and closing sales in line with company standards. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with expat clients, manage follow-up communications, and provide ongoing support to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented approach and a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and lifestyle experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales skills in hospitality, lifestyle, or membership-based services, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present offerings clearly and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Comfort with on-site work, including hosting tours, attending events, and collaborating with cross-functional resort teams.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the local expat community are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting performance and service standards.
