🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Owner

DataHouse is looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of ERP solutions. 

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of ERP-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for ERP modules 
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories 
• Manage and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders 
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, validate assumptions and provide demonstrations to gather feedback for continuous improvements. 
• Ensure ERP solutions align with operational and business goals 
• Conduct research and analysis, understand customer needs, user pain points and propose technology solutions that satisfy business challenges. 
• Define business cases, user stories, high-level requirements, prioritize and monitor the product backlog to guide the product development. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, quality assurance and maintenance to assure the successful implementation and operation of the product. 
• Be accountable for championing the Product by coordinating the derivation of solutions to business needs while also handling feedback from engineering teams promptly and effectively. 
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and competitive landscape. 
• Conduct ongoing product evaluations and user testing to identify opportunities for enhancements. 

Qualification

Education

Candidates with related certifications from recognized organizations (Scrum Alliance, PMI…) are a plus. 

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in the software development industry, with a strong understanding of product management practices and the ability to effectively handle demanding stakeholders.  
• Fluent in English, particularly in verbal communication, with the ability to confidently engage in discussions with international stakeholders.  
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly through structured thinking and well-articulated messaging.  
• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably with at least one major cloud-based platform such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.  
• Experience working in global or cross-functional teams, with exposure to international collaboration, ideally involving US-based clients.
