We are looking for an experienced Development Manager with strong expertise in apparel (hats & footwear). You will lead our new core team, drive the full product development process, and ensure excellence from concept to commercialization.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Lead and develop a cross-functional Product Development team, including Design, Sourcing, Pattern Making, Costing and Tooling.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• Ensure development milestones, cost, quality and production timelines are achieved.
• Identify and resolve technical, quality and operational issues throughout the development process.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, BOM accuracy and material utilization.
• Lead the team in alignment with company KPIs and business objectives

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in Product Development, preferably in apparel, footwear or headwear, including proven experience in a Manager/Senior Manager role.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end product development, garment construction, fabrics and production processes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, quality and risk management capabilities.
• Good understanding of costing, BOM management, material utilization and ERP systems.
• Strong supplier network and experience working with both domestic and international suppliers.
• Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences to support commercially relevant product development.
• Good command of English.
