• Support the Housekeeping team in daily operations, including cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring rooms are ready according to hotel requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure rooms are well-prepared for guest arrivals.
• Replenish room amenities and supplies in accordance with hotel standards.
• Assist in reporting room status and updating housekeeping records.
• Observe and learn how to handle guest requests and special cleaning tasks under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
