• Manage department ensuring high standards of service and maximizing profitability

• Assist the F&B Manager in the preparation of the annual business plan

• Monitor the F&B budget and discuss with the F&B Manager corrective action where necessary.

• Control costs whilst ensuring the hotel’s guest gets expectation are exceeded.Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

• Oversee all training and inductions in the outlet.

• Have a deep understanding of the hotel’s Mission & Vision and integrate this into your department’s daily activities.

• Adjust to changes in job requirements and the hotel’s operational strategies to meet business needs.

• Have an understanding of the hotel’s market segments and their expectations.

• Assist the F&B Service Manager to set F&B policies and procedures and ensure all manuals are up to date.

• Manage all outlets under supervision as separate profit centers and train outlet managers to operate accordingly.

• Ensure all Guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for complimentary F&B items and refunds.

• Follow all HACCP guidelines and hotel food safety policies to ensure the hygienic handling, storage, and preparation of beverages and garnishes.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or AFBM within a high-volume hospitality environment

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges and in-room dining

• Strong in restaurant operations, including All-Day-Dining and Fine Dining. Experience in Chinese restaurant concept is a plus

• Hands-on management style, spend 80% of floor time to direct operations, driving financial performance, and optimizing guest engagement

• Proactively on driving F&B promotions with creative idea based on market trends

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; conversational or fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is highly advantageous

• Willingness and capability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as dictated by business needs
