Job description
The outsourced services:
- Conducting the audit in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards and supporting audit clients to prepare financial statements in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
- Performing the audits of group reporting packages in conformity with group accounting policies/instructions.
- The role primarily involves supporting audit managers to deliver client audit engagements. Key duties include:
- Delegating tasks appropriately to team members, while supervising, mentoring, and guiding them to ensure high-quality and timely outcomes
- Working in teams to acquire an in-depth understanding of client's businessCarrying out the audit based on audit planning, prepare appropriate audit work papers
- Drafting financial statements and audit reports for review by senior staff.Finalizing audit files for completion.
- Addressing client queries as required.Contribute ideas for enhancing processes and service delivery approaches with the goal of improving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall team performance.
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience working as Accountant Manager or (Assistant) Auditor in Accounting or Auditing Firm;
- Familiarised with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and/or accounting GAAP of other legislations, (such as Singapore/ Australia…);
- English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800);Experienced team work, good communication and negotiation skill;
- Competent skills in accounting software ;
- Owning ability of critical thinking and autonomy is a plus;
