• Assist the Security Manager in managing daily Security Department operations and maintaining high security standards/Hỗ trợ Quản lý Bộ phận An ninh điều hành hoạt động hàng ngày và duy trì các tiêu chuẩn an ninh cao.
• Supervise and guide Security Officers to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, associates, and hotel assets/Giám sát và hướng dẫn Nhân viên An ninh, đảm bảo môi trường an toàn cho khách, nhân viên và tài sản khách sạn.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, patrol activities, and security procedures to ensure effective security operations./Theo dõi CCTV, kiểm soát ra vào, hoạt động tuần tra và các quy trình an ninh nhằm đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả.
• Respond professionally to guest incidents, emergencies, complaints, and security-related matters./Chuyên nghiệp xử lý các sự cố, tình huống khẩn cấp, khiếu nại của khách và các vấn đề liên quan đến an ninh.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire life safety, and emergency response procedures./Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an ninh, an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy và ứng phó khẩn cấp của khách sạn.
• Coordinate with local authorities and relevant departments on security, safety, and emergency matters./Phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng và các bộ phận liên quan trong các vấn đề về an ninh, an toàn và tình huống khẩn cấp.
• Conduct training, coaching, and briefings to enhance the team’s security awareness and service standards./Thực hiện đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phổ biến nghiệp vụ nhằm nâng cao nhận thức an ninh và tiêu chuẩn phục vụ của đội ngũ.
• Support risk assessment, incident reporting, and continuous improvement of security practices./Hỗ trợ đánh giá rủi ro, báo cáo sự cố và không ngừng cải thiện các hoạt động, quy trình an ninh.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Security, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel/resort./Tối thiểu 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực An ninh, ưu tiên khách sạn/resort 4–5 sao.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and team management skills./Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giám sát và quản lý đội nhóm tốt.
• Good knowledge of security, fire safety and emergency procedures./Có kiến thức tốt về an ninh, PCCC và quy trình ứng phó khẩn cấp.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills./Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
• Professional, responsible and service-oriented./Chuyên nghiệp, trách nhiệm và có tinh thần dịch vụ.
• Basic English communication skills./Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
